Telecom Technician

installing and programming Telephone Systems (PBX, IP, etc)?

We are looking for a great Telephone Technician
that has experience programming and installing various telephone systems
like Nortel, Avaya, NEC, Panasonic, Samsung, ...
A dedicated, motivated person that wants to learn it all and isn’t afraid of hard work.
If you are looking for an 8-5 job, this isn’t for you. We want someone that will regularly go above and
beyond and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right!

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Telecom/PBX Technician
with expertise in at least one or (hopefully) more of the systems listed
above.

Requirements and Needed Skills Include:
- Installing structured cable: Voice, Data, Coax... You need to know how to install, terminate, testall aspects of cabling.
- Toning/tracing voice lines
- Cross-connecting voice lines
- Performing Dmarc extensions
- Being handy with tools for mounting back-boards, TVs, systems, etc.
- Experience programming, installing or troubleshooting business telephone
systems. Some of the systems we service are: NEC, Avaya, Nortel BCM/MICS,
Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung, Comdial...
- Experience with Video Surveillance Systems, Cameras, DVRs, etc. Skill with mounting cameras.
Compensation will be based on experience. We offer medical and dental insurance as well as paid vacation and holidays.
